Ugandan schools are not scheduled to reopen until January 2022, which will mean a closure of almost two years — the longest in the world. Brunch Challenge recipe: Chai Spiced Plantain Bread

In our efforts to raise awareness and funds for our nutrition programs, we started the EarlyBird Brunch Challenge. For the campaign, participants are encouraged to donate $5 to EarlyBird256 whenever they enjoy a meal. In addition to creating awareness for the nutrition challenges faced by the communities we work in. Our workshops teach children about the nutrition value of foods they have access to and the benefits of a balanced diet.
