Donate to EarlyBird256

Just like the small sticks that come together to build a nest, every donation—large and small—makes a difference. Whether you give once, sign up for a monthly donation, host an EarlyBird event, or share your talents and resources with us, you’ll help us build the nest that nourishes the next generation. You can even donate in someone’s honor as a thoughtful gift for a birthday or special occasion!

Your impact

  • $25 feeds one of our students for a week

  • $50 keeps the EarlyBird space going for another day

  • $100 covers monthly wellness supplies for our students

  • $200 provides a student with a scholarship for the year (tuition and school uniform)

  • $350 sponsors one of our quarterly community workshops

  • $500 covers the monthly salaries for seven of our team members in Uganda

  • Porridge Program

Too many children in Uganda do not have reliable access to food and are often forced to learn on an empty stomach. We provide breakfast before school for underprivileged students, many of whom do not receive breakfast at home. Sponsoring our Porridge Program will help us expand to offer lunch and provide food packages that the children can take home.

  • Community Workshops

We offer workshops on art, creative writing and computers, and we help students plan for their future by assisting them with agriculture projects and encouraging entrepreneurship. We organize separate workshops for parents to ensure that the children are being supported at home. You can sponsor one of our workshops or help us create an entirely new series!

  • Scholarship Program

One of our most important goals is to provide scholarships for students that wish to continue their education. We’ve established a partnership with Busoga High School, who have agreed to provide a 50% discount for EarlyBird students. We currently have 30 students enrolled, and the skills they learn in high school will help ensure a better future for their generation.
