What Your Support Provides for our Busoga High School students
We are fundraising to help our current Senior 4 students complete their final two terms before taking the National Exams in November. Each donation to our school fees campaign invests in a student’s future. Today, we want to show you what that investment looks like.
Extra Lessons & Weekend Prep
Senior 4 candidates receive extra lessons during early morning hours, evening prep, and weekend and public holidays. This gives them additional time to focus on the tough subjects with the teachers. This personalized guidance and support make students more confident in their tests.
Weekly Science Practicals
Busoga High School has been working hard to strengthen its science program by providing weekly science practicals so that all students can participate in hands-on lab sessions.
Teacher Training & Curriculum Workshops
Teachers at Busoga High School regularly attend workshops to stay updated on best practices for helping students and curriculum insights. During this training, the school administrators greatly appreciate and celebrate the teachers.
Learning outside the classroom resources
Busoga High School provides students access to the library and a computer lab with WiFi. During their time, students can research and practice on the computer; these are spaces that they wouldn't have access to. They get to learn beyond the syllabus.
Practice Tests and counseling
In addition to taking practice tests, which help teachers identify challenging subjects early, students can access full-time guidance counselors who provide emotional support and mentorship as they navigate academic pressures.
Parent Involvement
The school administration has added extra visitation and class days so that parents can actively participate in their children’s education.

How You Can Continue to Help
Whether contributing financially or sharing our campaign and mission with your community, your active help and support are needed to help us empower these future leaders.
